Houses that speak
for themselves.
Two projects that represent what Crestwell does at its best — where an ambitious brief, precise craft, and full commitment to the details come together in the finished home.
Modern Estate
Custom Build
Craftsmanship you can see in every finish.
This custom residence is a confident expression of contemporary design executed at the highest level of craft. From its commanding exterior of natural cedar shingle, dark board-and-batten, and full-bed stone, to its meticulously finished interiors, every element reflects a build philosophy rooted in precision and intention.
Inside, soaring two-storey windows flood the open-concept living spaces with natural light, drawing the eye upward to coffered ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace flanked by custom millwork. The kitchen pairs full-height cabinetry, book-matched quartz waterfall surfaces, and a dark central island, balancing function and statement in equal measure.
The home's character lives in its details: a hand-crafted diamond-relief feature wall rising the full height of the staircase, and custom built-in shelving throughout. The principal ensuite is a spa-calibre retreat — marble-veined surfaces, hexagonal mosaic tile, matte-black fixtures, a frameless glass steam shower, and a sculptural black soaker tub. A built-in sauna extends the wellness offering, finished with the same rigor as every other room.
Heated floors carry through the full basement and garage. The lower level continues with custom cabinetry, a wet bar, and refined lounge spaces. This home stands as a testament to what Crestwell Building Group does best: translating an ambitious vision into a fully realized, highly custom build where no detail is overlooked and every finish is purposeful.
Estate Residence
at Magna
Craftsmanship without borders.
Set within the prestigious gated community of Magna, this estate residence represents custom building and renovation at its most ambitious. Spanning over 6,000 square feet of livable space, the home was conceived without compromise — a collaboration between an owner with a clear vision and a builder equipped to realize it down to the last detail.
The home's defining features were sourced from around the world. Fireplace mantels were flown in from France, anchoring living spaces with a sense of permanence and provenance. The custom kitchen showcases hand-painted Spanish tiles as a backsplash, a singular focal point set against the home's high-end finishes. Throughout, custom German windows frame the light and the grounds beyond, engineered to a standard that complements the craftsmanship within.
In the great room, custom wood beam features lend warmth and architectural weight. An elevator connects the floors seamlessly. The principal bathroom was modelled after the owner's preferred Parisian hotel and executed as a fully custom retreat, translating a cherished experience into a permanent part of the home.
From the rare and the imported to the bespoke and the hand-finished, every surface reflects a commitment to doing things properly. A testament to what Crestwell Building Group does best: building homes as individual as the people who live in them.
